I love the sun and sunny days! BUT storms are the cooooooolest!!! I can stare out the window for hours upon hours just watching the lighting(and my dog jump everytime it thunders) I love how it goes from pitch dark to the whole sky lit up and back to dark in one flash..... anyone agree

:( I wanna try taking pictures of a thunderstorm, but I doubt we'll get one before winter hits and all we have is snow.

rain also kills, it flooded my garden early in the season killing all my prize corn.

i spent 7 hours in the rain and mud digging a trench in my backyard, laying piping, then covering back up the trench. all this to divert the water from my garden.
that was the second most fun i had all summer....i like digging... I'm odd.

but sadly my corn, broccoli, and tomatoes all died cuz of the rain.

we'll get thunderstorms all the way into november sometimes.....oh how I do love the rain!!! I spent a summer in the desert, and 5 months of cloudless sunshine was getting me pretty depressed!! It was wierd....didnt think that would happen

it would freeze....I used to live in Germany and loved the cold, but I have become so acclimated to warm humid air that I dont think I could ever go back to being that cold again!!

I've seen lightning during snowstorms though not a blazing show like in a summer storm- and I haven't been able to photograph winter lightning like I have in warmer weather.
