I've used the spray mist, often. I've had good results with it.

you can make your own deodorant, you know:

1 part each baking soda & white clay to 2 parts cornstarch or arrowroot powder
add drops of tea tree, lavender and peppermint oils in equal proportion until strongly scented.

an empty spice jar with a shaker top makes a great recylced powder jar.

I've had great success with this recipe.

I have used both brands and like them both.

I would also like to try the recepie that kitty fabulous suggested. I like the use of empty herb shaker too. Cool!

I've tried both. Tom's works well and smells really good, but I found I had to reapply it a few times a day (but I sweat a lot). I've tried the crystal deodorant as well, and it works fantastically. the only thing I was worried about is that it's made out of a kind of aluminum, and although it's not the same kind as in conventional antiperspirants, I thought it was a bit sketchy because of the alzheimers connection.

now I use my own recipe that works well and saves me money: some kind of carrier oil (sweet almond, grapeseed, or coconut are really good for the skin), and a few drops each of peppermint, tea tree, rosemary, eucalyptus and patchouli essential oils (or just one or two, if you prefer) until the mixture smells fairly strong. it works, and people comment a lot that I smell really good, which is a plus:D
