Compared to magic mushrooms, is the LSD effect a lot stronger or not much? I've eaten mushrooms many times, and every trip of em has been totally different. Now my good mates told me they could get LSD and would trip it. As mushrooms what i've been eating so far, the effects last average about 4 hours. How long is the effect of LSD? So, is it true what people say, you don't control your body if you're tripping really hard, seeing stairs in 4th floor windows (so you try to walk up to clouds, and you fall and you die). So, is there a reason to be afraid of these kinds of hallucinations, fears.. which could end with death or serious injuries, or it's not so real. What about flashbacks, i read them here before in a specified thread. Didn't find any information about how long do i get them? I mean, do they stay to my brain, body, wherever forever? Or they just occur some days, weeks, months after taking LSD. Anyway, the biggest part i'd like to know is the effect/trip of LSD. If the trip has begun, could it be so hard to not recognize anything. So you're kinda like idiot running around, seeing hallucinations and can easily run to death. LSD is stronger then shrooms visually, but many think not so emotionally. It will last about 12 hours. I don't know what you were talking about the losting control thing. As long as you don't take a rediculus amount you'll be fine. And you will be able to tell hallucinations from reallity, again as long as you don't take to much.
you would need a few tabs to lose control....200 ug maybe??? It start to happens as you cant have a grip on your sense of self anymore...a point of no return...Then I find it feels like your head is out of the water, then soemthingf pulls you in under, you try to go to the surface but you never coem to the surface at the moment you would want to...neevr can grasp your air like you want to...and they pull you in the water more often and more often... You dont start to believe in your visuals or anythin in this case, but they still might be overwhelming, there could be too much. You will still have your judgement though...but your body without control, dont go near cliffs or sometn, lay down ;p People might speak to you of creatures and lands and machines in their visuals...but its still a kind of layer of geometrical patterns, you dont see pink elephants walkin around and stuff. You will see similarities with shrooms , but if you usualyl take 2 grams or abotu that, a hit or 2 of acid might be stronger
What about going to sleep after the effect has ended, and also what's the feeling on the day after the LSD trip. Any bad feelings, and the flashbacks.. how long do they occur? Or are they permanent? I'm trying to inform myself about the life after using LSD. Could my character change and etc. ? Thanks alot to them, who're helping and answering my questions. I need that!
Sleeping can be a problem even 12 hours afterward, at least in my experiences. Bad feelings are pretty much just jitteriness coming down, and, in the case of a bad trip, whatever you take from that. Flashbacks are (to me) a non-issue, I suggest you read more about them before trying LSD though. Their existence is a disputed topic and the definition is unclear. The character change thing: you can make it change if you want to, basically. It's more for self-analysis, and whatever you make of it.
