Another way to drain votes away from those that may be trying to better the government. Why not seriously look at the issues and canidates and vote with intelligence and then hold those in office responsible for their actions?
Intelligence is the operative word here. Those with intelligence won't be taken in by an appeal to their religious values. Those who do respond to appeals to their religious values in a political race, shouldn't have their votes counted (except by God).
