So the other day i was standing by camden tube and i feel something by my leg.. i turn round and a guy has his hand in my bag..the cheeky little shit! Nothing got nicked cos i grabbed his hand and took it out.. what made it worse was there were 2 guys standing near by who had seen it all and said nothing..buggers... meh so i went to the pub to recover
Well lucky you still had your money to make the whole recovery process possible! Did he have fingerless gloves? Did you make sure he left with fingerless hands???
well this is the fault of liberal crime laws and moral decay, if you were to take off a few fingers or a hand say or shoot pickpockets I feel that would deter them from being naughty .
pickpockets are now seen as cute little boys of mischief... and it's all thanks to charles dickens and oliver!!!
This is why I hate Camden, so full of degenerates. Yeah, it's got a few pretty shops, but the people there are wankers. Reuben got his phone nicked there not long ago. It was funny, because he'd been slagging off everywhere that wasn't Camden for so long, and as soon as he goes back there, he gets pick pocketed....
Prague is my favourite city in the world Can I move with you?! When I was there I never heard of anyone being pickpocketed...still it was January maybe they opperate more in the summer months.
I'm afraid. I have heard many nice things about Prague, but also some not very nice things too, e.g Czechs are not very accepting towards ethnic minorities etc. This has made me a little apprehensive about living there and I'm going to be there for at least 2 months and maybe longer if I want to see out my year's contract! However, I must not judge a book by its cover and I should just try and go there with an open mind and maybe I will be very surprised!
Sorry to hear about your incident, glad you didn't actually have something stolen though. It seems to be a recurring problem that people witness crimes like these but don't say shit. When my last car was stolen (have to specify as I've had 2 stolen in less than a year) a neighbor told us EXACTLY what had happened as the yob broke into the car, broke off the crook lock, and got it started ... but yet, he didn't run out to stop them, call the cops or anything. I don't understand that mentality, personally. Maybe a lot more people would get by with a lot less if people actually spoke up and said something.
