so I'm having all my wisdom teeth out on friday, and two of them are impacted which means fairly long surgery, and a lot of pain. I really really hate taking chemical painkillers like aspirin, ibuprofen, etc., and will give anything to stay away from them. does anyone know of anything natural or herbal I can take to keep the pain away?

cloves are perfect, ambusil or whatever they give ya for a topicalnumbing agent is really just clove oil with crap added
just suck on a couple cloves & it'll numb the area

others i can think of would be white willow bark, which is basicaly what asperin originaly came from,
ummi dinno has anyone tried homeopathic arnica for this type thing?

oh if u dont wanna suck on the cloves since they can get intothe sore spot & altho numbing it also iritate the area, u can get it as an esential oil, but be very careful because theyre very strong..& 1 or 2 drops can numb 1/2 your face

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out, they gave me percoset demi's which are the weakest ones, they didnt do anything for me so I didnt end up taking anything after the first 12 hours. I smoked some reefer after 24 hours but that hurt like hell. Make sure you get the medicine just in case the pain is pretty terrible. If i had to do it all over again, I would make weed brownies.
