I'm still trying to keep up with all the rights that we've lost in this one bill + Patriot Act...

Is voting democratic going to be considered a breach of allegiance?

This isn't really that new. Bush declared this as soon as the war before: "You're either with us or against us". Maybe he was trying to warn us, how thoughtful...
Wasn't the whole point of freedom of speech the freedom to disagree?

dont forget the part about the pres being able to declare any american citizen an enemy combatant.

when W finally signs this, either go into hiding or get an ak. or both.

I don't like bush, I would rather castrate myself than support or fight for him, that doesn't mean I'll catch a train and blow myself up!

It's silly, I see No reason why I could be helping Mr bin laden by not agreeing with bush.

Another one that is disturbing is the way states have passed laws that allow them to cut off funding to college students and bar them indefinately from higher education if they are accused of what is construed as terrorist activity. Most students will be too afraid to participate in any activity that might be interpreted as terrorist activity. In short, the government has the young people by the short and curlies now. It's a further tightening of the noose.

Wow I didn't know that shaggie, they are doing a really good job at controlling their population. So many novel ideas for crushing the opposition.

Kudos to the supreme leader! Hail victory, hail victory.

Those things usually don't make the mainstream news. I know Ohio has passed such a law and a number of other states. Students have so little time to demonstrate now because of the high financial burden and time spent working. Even those that did have the time will be afraid to do anything now.
