Doesn't matter how many strains you grow.

Most important is light and coverage.
    5' x 5' = 25 sq/ft times rule of thumb 50 watts HPS per sq/ft = 1,250 watts need for optimum growth. I suggest two 600 watt systems.
You'll need excellent flo-thru ventilation for heat control and to supply the plants with fresh air.

Keep in mind different strains grow at different rates. You might have to mix them up. Maybe put the smaller ones on one side and lower the light a bit compared to the side with taller plants.

Really?? Cool, thanks for the advice ranger. So, one 600w setup could only do a 3.5'x3.5' area?

That's about the size of it!!! That still gives you plenty of room for at least nine plants or more.
