I've been doing yoga recently about 4 times a week for the past few months to overcome some post-pregnancy back pain. this morning I noticed my breath was a lot slower and I felt a lot more relaxed. I noticed that I wasn't holding my breath inbetween poses, too. I would change poses on the in or out breath, and I think that helped a lot. it helped to actually link the poses together in a more fluid motion and I felt like I was gaining a lot more energy while laying in the last, corpse pose. I also felt more intune with everything around me during the whole excersize. I feel great!
indeed. i've been doing yoga for 5 years, but have only been practicing for one. after only 3 months of daily practice i felt like a totally different person. yoga is wonderful...
