ok heres the situation first, i like a girl whos about 3 years older than me. i think ive gotten some of the right signs from her that shes got a bit of interest in me (deep eye contact when talking, lots of smiling, she always sends the last txt etc), but im not fully convinced shes into me and i really have no good ideas on how to find out.

the thing is, im pretty shy when it comes to finding out from a girl how she feels about you or telling a girl what you think of them. like i never know what to say during those moments you have when you're both silent and just looking at each other or when you've said goodbye and you get the feeling they are waiting for you to say something.

any advice on things i could say to hint to her that i like her? or any other really tell-tale signs that she is into me?

If you can't read those signs, try Braille!

No, really, try not saying anything at all. Most people get uncomfortable with that, and they will say something. At times its okay to share silence.

I think your shyness may be a confidence issue from your post. If it is the way you say, she's interested. Start off with something benign like "I really like you a lot...." She may surprise you. Try holding her hand, that's innocent enough.

If its rejection you're worried about, better to find out now than falling head over heels and THEN being rejected.

be a man and try to swoop in for the kill. you can always take some liquid courage before hand if you need to.
