I have a question for anyone here who knows something about dreams. 80-90% of my dreams include a large body of water -- a river, lake, ocean, or flooded area. Sometimes I am on the water in a boat, sometimes travelling around it, and sometimes in a car driving through water on a flooded road. There is never any problem in the dream (I am not in the water, or in danger from it), but the same theme seems to keep coming back, dream after dream. I assume it must mean something, but I haven't a clue what. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks
I used to have dreams about water all the time as well when I was in high school. I asked a cool, kinda spiritual teacher about it, and she said dreaming about water means you're beginning to be on a higher spiritual plain than you were before. for me this was true, as my dreams were around the time I'd discovered meditation, yoga, and buddhism. water is a really good thing to have in dreams.
