Vauge title I know, but heres whats happening..

I've decided to go Vegetarian, so I'm slowly withdrawing animal bi-products from my diet, and I started with the one thing I loved most..Milk.

Now it's been 2 months since I've had a glass of cows milk, I only drink soy milk now, but I find myself constantly wanting cows milk but if even a little bit of milk in anything else comes into contact with my stomach I'm naueous for hours...

Whats the deal? Have I grown a lactose intolerance or is there chemicals in the milk that makes me sick?

cows milk, especially when it's pasteurized and not organic, is really, really hard to digest. just like with meat, if you stop eating it and your body gets used to not having to digest it, when you do eat it, it'll have difficulty. it's really hard on your body to go back and forth. but if you do want some kind of animal milk, goats milk and sheeps milk are a lot easier to digest, so you could try that.

Does it really matter why? If you are trying to cut it out it sounds like a good motivator not to drink it.
