Cabled Fingerless Gloves

    I made these sweet l'il puppies today. They're made out of Noro wool. The photograph isn't the best for showing the cables because it's really hard to caputre with the varigated wool. *Side note* Looks like I've got evil witch of the west hand and arms because they're totally scrawny! Perfect pic for Halloween! He he he.

    Seriously, those are really cool.....me thinks I want to make some now, lol. I would honest to god buy those if I could.

    beautiful as always.

    I bought some cableing needles last week. I know how to cable in theory, just never physically done it... after christmas I will tackle it. Does it require much counting.. counting is my downfall.

    I thought cabling would be a lot more complicated, I don't know why, but I tried it on a couple scarves and hats I made, and surprised how easy it actually is. knitin.chick, your gloves look very cool :)


    I tried my hand at crocheting a couple pairs of fingerless gloves, no cables or anything, just covers your hand :
