I was worried about the same thing a little while ago. Some STDs are easier to catch than others, though. But if you don't have any symptoms, that's a good thing.

Several infections can stay asymptomatic for quite a while. Frankly, I don't know what long-term effects clamydia can have for guys, but for girls, it often doesn't show any symptoms and, if left untreated, can lead to infertility.

So, for the sake of your future partners, get tested whether you have symptoms or not.

As for whether 11 is a large number -- I've been with quite a few more than 11 men (though I'd bet I have close to 10 years on the OP), but I wouldn't say I've been ungloved with 11. While condoms are not 100%, not using one with casual partners in this day and age is just stupid. And telling some guy you met while drunk at a party that you don't like them is really stupid (though no more stupid than the guy who takes her up on the uncovered option).
