Progress

    This is more for my benefit than anything else, but I figured I'd track my progress.

    It has been one month since I started weight training and trying to gain weight. I must say, I like the results!! Already I've gained 4 pounds, my arms are getting bigger, my butt is getting rounder and firmer and I just overall feel healthier. It's been hard at times, but I just keep telling myself how hea;thy and strong I'm getting.

    So, whether you're trying to lose weight, gain weight, or just be healthier, keep at it and you'll see your body, mind, and soul change for the better! :)

    Excellent advice... and this progress thread was a very good idea, I was going to start one, but you beat me to it! :D

    Good job and keep up the good work. You are on your way to a healthier happier you!

    It is often hard to see your results in the beginning, and it is always good to have a goal, no matter how small, within reach so you can see your progress. Baby steps!

    Do not forget to get some type of cardio work-out in as well.........
    It defiently feels Grate when you can see progress. Keep up the good work!

    So, how is everyone doing over here. Its been entirely too quiet in the gym these days! Does anyone want to share their progress or anything interesting they have found out? Questions are welcome as well!
