I just got this recipe today, it's so amazing I just had to share it.

    you'll need:
two blocks of plain cream cheese
one half litre container of sour cream
one (or two, if you really like caramel) half litre container of caramel (the kind you dip apples into, not the kind you make ice cream sundaes with, that stuff is too runny)
three or four skor chocolate bars.
6-8 apple (granny smith taste really nice)

mix the cream cheese and sour cream together really really well so there are no lumps left. spread this into a bowl or pie plate or what have you. spread the caramel on top. you can mix it in a little, so it's kind of swirly, or just leave it on top, either way. crush up the skor bars in a food processor, or for more fun, put them in a freezer bag and pound the hell out of them, so they're in little crumbs, and then sprinkle all over the top. cut up your apples into 8ths, and dip in the sweet stuff. die of happiness.
