I had a nightmare last night, and this is weird for me because I can only remember having about two or three nightmares in my entire life. I was walking through a big field with three people, and it was extremely windy; I was trying to hold on to my scarf, but it was so windy I could barely keep it in my hands. we were walking towards a forrest on the edge of the field, and when we got there, we went to walk in through this little path, and there was this little girl sitting on a swing. this girl was the scarriest thing I've ever seen in my life. she had huge fangs, and she was sitting on a swing attatched to something that looked like one of those things used to behead people, and we knew she was dead, like a ghost or a demon or something. she just had this look of intense evil. we turned to run away because we knew she would kill us, and as I turned, I saw her rise up into something huge, really tall and powerful, and start to come after us. I woke up at this point with goosebumps, shaking, and too scared to go back to sleep. I knew that if I slept I'd see her again, and I did, all night. I couldn't turn over in my bed because I was convinced she was behind me, waiting to kill me. what could this mean? I hardly ever have nightmares, and this one seemed so extreme. any insights?
Is there anything or anyone your scared of in your present day life? You mentioned she got in something tall and powerful, maybe a fear inside of yourself you haven't really found out yet?
it could be something unconcious, like I'm more afraid of it than I know, or something like that. I can't think of anything offhand that is really scaring me, but yeah, I think it could probably be something I don't even know yet
