I picked up a second hand Singer sewing machine at a yard sale a few months ago. It works but the tension is really off and it needs to be cleaned in a bad way. At this point in time, I don't have the money to have it "tuned up" professionally. Does anyone know of any links for do-it-yourself fixes or downloadable manuals?
the singer offical site has an archive of manuals from older machines and I know of one site ( need to find it) that actually has DIY tutorials to fix problems. I'll check my favorites for ya!
