last weekend I camped at a state park with a couple of friends. anyway there were probably 10 people just chillin doing nothing and I just got like a half earlier that day, so 3 of us went inside the tent to go burn one cause bogging a tent out would be sweet. apparently the park rangers are doin patrolling for people being there after hours and the everyone outside was bein loud so the ranger stops at our spot, and gets the idea we were drinking (we're under 21). we were in the middle of bowl #3 (and by this point the tent was bogged out pretty nicely) when we heard the ranger guy there so we freeze and my friend says "pretend you're sleeping"(lmao) and the park ranger opens the tent flap. He shines the light inside and all I could see was the flashlight but u could see CLOUDS of smoke billowing out of the tent when he opens the flap and shines his flashlight around. he goes "just checkin for alcohol" lmao... he must have been a stoner cause he had to of smelled it... but he didnt say anything tho...
my 9th grade science teacher was a part time park ranger and a total stoner. They obviously love nature, and we all know the best part of nature is MARIJUANA!
hehe right on man, that was pretty nice of him to look past the clouds of enlightenment. This story itself makes me want to put together a camping trip, its been awhile since i've done that.
the funniest part of the whole thing was that he was so adamant on the alcohol part of it but didn't even care about the weed just goes to show you that weed pwns alcohol
We were rolling at a provicial park last summer, when a couple rangers drove up to where we were... they took a look at what we were doing, laughed.. waved, and drove away... Few hours later, I had my dog at the beach off leash... got hit with a $65 ticket for having a "domesic animal at large". but hey, all in all, they are pretty cool about things they can't get paid for...
I was at a park where we knew that the rangers didn't care about people smoking, and when we were walking from the parking lot one of the rangers passed by us and said "looks like you guys are up to no good, can I come?" we just laughed and said yes, but she said she had work to do and left.
I have many friends in the environmental field...let's just say...they like the grass...in more ways than one.
im studying conservation & land management (finish in 9 weeks) so i can look after a large section of old growth Jarrah forest or something along those lines...
I chose to do my community service at a National Park;all I did was get high with the park rangers and then walk around the woods looking at nature. It was great.
