Fancy A Game Of Cards?

We've become quite fond of our poker in this house. We gots little home-made chips and everything - Sometimes, well, quite often recently, I play over at Yahoo. A fine game. I like the Texas Hold 'Em and Draw Poker. Anyone else play?

Blackjack's a good game also...I gather pontoon is sometimes called Blackjack, I mean the one where ace's change suit, twos pick up two ect.

What's ya favourite card game?

 

chase the ace.... its piss easy n ya can win a few quid or crib, dont no anyone who can play that though so can't win money on tht.

Oh yeah...I've played chase the ace once or twice. It is quite fun!

Shithead all the way, love inventing new and crazier rules for that. Enjoy a hand of poker every now and again too....

It's a Monty Python game ... if I remember the rules right, you deal each player a hand of seven cards then stay perfectly still and quiet. The first player to move is out. And so on until the last remaining player is left in the game

I love cards. Poker is a fantastic game, it's definately gotta be no-limits Hold em!
I'm also a big fan of chinese patience, cheat, shithead, slam, blackjack (pick up five), pontoon, rummy and Canasta (Although I ain't played it for yonks!)

 

I'm shite at cards, can never remember how to play them.. We normally make up games and I win all the 2pences.. woO!

 

I loved cannesta or rummey.

now I am into more wierd role playing card games like Netrunner and Magic the gathering.

 

Cribbage, but much prefer a game of chess, anyone ?
