What pharmacutical companies are they afilliated with? I think that would be more to the point. What are we buying that is payed for in this sort of harm to other living creatures. I for one won't buy goods that are produced at the expense of other living creatures.
Sooooo....you don't take any medicines then? Have you had surgery? Or better yet.....do you live in a house? Animals were displaced and killed for that home. Did you know that your computer/TV/game console contains animal derivatives? How about your car or bicycle? The tires contain animal derivatives. Your very existance is at the expense of billions of living creatures. There is a difference between not using animal-tested shampoo and being realistic. If you want to live a long, comfortable, healthy, life...animals are gonna die so you can. Deal with it.
That kind of organized cruelty doesn't have to take place in order for us to survive on this planet. Period.
