Got home from work in time to see the bottom of the 7th and witnessed the death throes of the '06 baseball season.

 

molina did a great job. but eckstein was consistent also with his bat and playing phenomenal shortstop. man we gotta thank the angels for handing us some awesome players.

 

yup, thank you to the angels for letting those misfits go........ I like hard nosed players, and all of those guys are....

 

hahaha..I wonder if the Cards go after Adam Kennedy(Angels second baseman,who will be a free agent)...You guys got Belliard(sp?) though so it probably won't happen.

 

They were no "misfits".Edmonds,Eckstein & Spiezio were all fan favorites when they played for the Angels...Especially Eckstein...Alot of Angel fans are still sad that we let him go.Jeff Weaver is another story..He sucked for us.I think he went 3-10 for us this year.
