I'm wondering how the whole internship thing works... is it better to take a full-time internship? Is that what employers are looking for, rather than ppl who've taken part-time internships (I'm assuming there's such a thing as "part time") ?
I'm hoping to take an internship - or maybe two - before I graduate. I'm a senior already but I've got another yr or so of college to go.
    Hope someone can offer advice/info

    thanks in advance,

    Kristina

well i would only do a part time internship if you're still in college. Most employers look for content, rather than how many hours your worked. This is what i was told by

I would suggest going and talking to one of your profs in the field you want to work in (whether that's your major or not). In so many ways, the best course of action depends on what field you want to go into... I would guess that would apply to internships as well.

    Good luck.

well i had an internship in jan. It was only 3 hrs a day 5 days a week because i had to work to pay for my apartment too. It worked out into a part time job and then finally into a full time job. It was unexpected and i am loving it. I think experence and a good reference go along way. They can be a really great thing i guess is my message do what you can and good luck!
