i don't think it's necessary for the nations keeping on munition competition. Rather, with that money, it would be better for them to take visible actions to cope with present problems like global warming, deforestation, water shortages, and so on. I don't fly the planes myself, but I do have contacts. Don't worry though, they're remote control planes and I can't find batteries that will fit them anymore.
