Yeah solve, why don't you ever say what you think of these links you post? I like a lot of the topics you post about but theres really nothing to converse about a link, you should state your opinion.

 

Solve et Coagula is a spammer - it has been proven many times - just google the name - this person enters forums then uses a bulk forum spamming program to send the same propogandist crap to hundreds of forums - so far I have listed at least 30 forums where solve is banned and if memory serves me correct - solve was banned here a few months ago

google search for +"solve et coagula" +forum +banned

As above but with +"st gallen" as a control variable

search as above but with +"st gallen" +"switzerland" as a control variable

search same as first but with +"world bank" +"cheif economist" as a control

My suspicion is an advertising agence that promises a high rate of clicks to certain pages or sites "come with us and we promise higher hitrates" or
it may be a spammers teqnique for trawling email addresses or other data about people - but I believe it could also be some sort of political propoganda as the posts always seem to directed at specifically capitalist issues and issues of democracy etc -oh and science - which probably indicates religious nutters

 

I would trust Alan Greenspan on this issue.

Why bother? If it were possible to convince the user to contribute anything other than the link & he would have done so already. The only you're accomplishing is to waste energy being angry at someone who couldn't care less what any of us actually think- clearly we're deemed collectively unworthy to be offered an original thought. The choice is for moderators to either tolerate what is for all intensive purposes preaching- albeit to the choir or to institute a ban.
