Hello my friends out there...

At first: hello and hi to everyone...

after having visited this forum several times, and been fascinated about you folks and all your attidtudes and ideas and thoughts, I finally decided, to subcribe to this forum and to become a member of this happy community!!

Some infos about me: my name is Fred, and i am from Germany.... since three years now, i`ve been listening to rock music (especially the years from 1966 to 1974) and, by this, came about the ideals of the Hippie Area and also to this site...

As many people here, i regret, that i (born in 1987) never had the chance of becoming a part of this movement, when it was strong in the sixties, but i believe, that many young people here think this way today and i am one of them... this site is the proof, at least for me, that not everyone wants our society as it is, and that the wish for a peaceful revolution still lives today...

I hope, to get new thoughts in talks to all of you and to get the power and the strengtht, to change things actively for myself... but i think, you will learn to know me and my attitudes in my posts and that you let me be a part of all this here....

That`s all about me, i think.... thanks for this site and this forum....

See you in my next post, people... maybe then i will have managed to make me a signature meanwhile ;-)

well i was just born the winter before the summer of loive i guess ya could say..lol
so pretty much missed all that myself
but ..the hippy movements really still alive and thriving today and feels like its comming back stronger then ever in the near future
its always so great to see so many new younger hippies showin up on the scene every day
gives me alittle hope

I don't think the movement ever ended, it might of been put on the back burner for a few years but the flame never completely went out. We need that flame now more
then ever....
There is still hope, as i continue to meet more and more kynd souls.
