Pay dues and make loans as necessary? That's a little odd....sounds as if they really expect you to give them everything. I don't think it's bad to have a fee for a permanent membership, I can understand that, but if they expect you to make loans 'if necessary', I'd want to know who makes the decision as to what's necessary and what exactly the loans would include. peace & light
