well i was going to ask this girl out, and the way that i was going to do it, was to take her to the first place we kissed(my ex), which was my old school. and i was going to say, "i kissed the most beautiful girl here long time ago.... and this girl was you" then i was going to take her into my arms, and try and go for a kiss, and then ask her, just loud enough so she could hear me... now tomarrow im going to pick her up to go to my bros hockey game, the arena is on the other side of town... i was going to tell her what i was going to do... and as the same time, act it out you know? now, is there a better way to do this or what??? too cheese??? need advice ASAP
be alittle more spontanius that just seems too planned out and yea cheesy stop over thinkin it and just let it happen..when the times right, just do it..just tell her how ya feel and go from there, but the whole acting it out seems so fake and forced goin to where ya 1st kissed however is kinda sweet, but the rest would just come off as a clumsy act i think but then again, i've never 'asked someone out' for me at least all my relationships just started from an emotional spark that ignitted into a fire, and there was never a need to 'ask her out' if theres a spark, it will happen..no need to plan it
i asked [what is now] my girlfriend out on the phone when i was reaaaally drunk+stoned... do that. its fun trying to string a sentance together...
Ah it's a bit cheesy but rather cute! I think it's endeering and well thought out idea but if the time doesn't feel right don't do it because you have to....do whatever feels right whether its what you planned out or not
Maybe the definition of "asking a girl out" has changed, but it seems to me that the verbal skills needed to get this woman to your old school could be used to get her to go to the burger and a movie, concert or where ever your date will take place. Going for a kiss before the date is even agreed to seems a bit forward. (Nice poetry though, save it for after the burgers.)
