Well im 20 years old, weigh 100 pounds, and im like 5f6or 5ft7, my BMI is 16.3, and body statistics are 32B bust, 24inch waist and 32 hips, will that be considered healthy weight or figure?

yea exactly..ya should be about 120-125 or slightly more ya gotta gain alittle weight actualy shoot for about 130..then through away your scale and stop worryin bout wether or not your stats are good your not defined by your stats
do you feel healthy? do you eat and exercise well? are you stressed? do you sleep enough? those are more important than your size and weight
at 5'6" or 5'7" you are definitely underweight at 100 pounds. Just start eating more, not only will you look better but you'll feel better.
