well, i didn't see a video game forum, so i thought i'd post this here.

anyone else here a fan of the legend of zelda series? personally, i'm just more into the last three: Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and the Wind Waker. I'm playing Wind Waker right now, and it brought me back to how fuuuun these games are!!! i love them!!!

    anyone else?

yeah, majora's mask i think, is a sequel to ocarina of time. wind waker still follows the story, but takes place thousands of years later. hyrule is flooded over, and you have to sail the sea to get to places and everything. and you're not Link, anymore. you just look like him. haha. the animation is different, too. it looks more cartoony.

i have an older one on gameboy that ive been stuck on for years. ill go back every once in a while to see if i can surprise myself, but i still cant figure it out. i had majoras mask before my n64 broke too, i loved it, but i was stuck on that one too. now that i think of it, i hated those motherfucking games and their time consuming plots and puzzles. im more of a finish-in-one-day-game kind of guy.

I'm a pretty big Zelda fan, Ocarina of Time's one of the best RPG's ever, and Majora's Mask was sweet too. I don't have a Gamecube so I haven't played the Wind Waker yet. That new style of animation they use for it looks interesting, but thinking about what I've seen I wish they would've kept the look of the N64 Zeldas... I don't understand why they reverted to a midget 3D Game Boy look when they made Wind Waker, the games looked great as they were on the N64.

i agree, i liked the ocarina of time/majora's mask graphics better. but i still do like the wind waker graphics.

they're creating a new zelda game, actually. it's for the gamecube, but it's back to the original "real look" type of graphics, except waaaay better. i can't wait. :D

I love Zelda. The first one (on NES) was the best one, if not the best game of all time. The one for SNES is extremely good too. I liked OoT, but I've never played any of the newer ones. I really wanted to try wind waker, but I don't have a Gamecube. Did anyone play the one that came out on GameBoy? That one was damn good too..

Zelda was the best serries of games ever. My favourite was Zelda: A Link to the Past on SNES.

The Legend of Zelda for NES was the first challenging video game I ever beat as a kid. It took me a month but became disappointed that I had to start all over again.

The Legend of Zelda series is absolutely one of the best series ever created.

My favorite is probably Ocarina of Time, followed by Link to the Past.

These are the two games that ALWAYS bring back sweet memories for me.As soon as I start playing again-or even thinking about it, for that matter!-I become a geek instantly! lol
