I like taking a few chicken breasts and marinating them in lemon/lime juice for 12-18 hours, toss them on the barbeque with a little season salt.... yum!
I recently did a similar thing, but with turkey um breast medallions...they were turkey and the size of hamburger patties, but I only marinated like 45 minutes with lime juice and cooked em up on my foreman grill. turned out awesome though, made sammiches with them.
