Yep, I cooked sloppy joe's with fried eggs on top. Yummy....

It's mince fried with tomato puree/tomato ketchup, onions, garlic, herbs and chilli then put in a bun....

 

With an egg on top? Ewww... We normal people usually use cheese

 

I like eggs....

 

But on top of sloppy joe? Now that's just plain weird...

 

And what does sloppy joe feel about having an egg on his head?
