I have trouble sticking to a regular yoga workout. Do any of you have that problem? If so, what do you do to stick with your workout? Thanks!

I remind myself that if I don't do yoga today, I might give the same reason for tomorrow. So I might as well do it now. This works for me.

If you are not used to doing Yoga, practicing everyday might be an unrealistic goal. Three times a week might be a better plan. Basically you just need to build it up.

For me, practicing has become a ritual. I always do it in the same little room, I always put my props in the same spot. I always start with chanting the invocation and then I practice anywhere from 1/2 to 2 hours. My practice always ends the same way. It wasn't always like that. It was something a built up with devotion.

Thanks for the advice! I'm trying to practice every morning by doing one sun salutation before getting ready for school. I'll build up from there.

    Peace and love
