Some tips/ advice from the guys please

I already posted this in the women's issues forum, but I also want to get some guy's input on this.

My guy likes the woman-on-top position, as most guys do, but I am really not good at it at all, and he told me the same thing last night. He always tell me that it's okay when I tell him that I suck at it, but I know he's not really getting enjoyment out of it because I'm not good at it. :-(

The thing is that he is the first guy that I have been with and I don't really "know" how to be on top or what to do or how to move etc. (sounds stupid, I know, but I am inexperienced). He's suggeted I try moving my hips a certain way, but my lower back tends to be a bit stiff and I can't really move the way he would like me to. There are two types of "woman on top", at least - "cowgirl" (woman facing the man) and "reverse cowgirl" (woman with back to man).
