joints burning irreguarly

the town where i live, its a real stoner town, and at the hardware store, they sell "joint compound" to put on joints when they burn irreguarly... it only takes a dab on the part that is burning too fast and it works great

anyone else use or ever heard of this stuff?

 

I havnt...but my joints always burn pretty steadily. but sometimes if the dont i just lick my finger and touch the bit thats burning too fast so it gets a bit moist. that stops it, and its free....

is this just a joke thats over my head, or is this serious? ha cause I mean I used that stuff all the time when I did construction, and it definitely has nothing to do with the joints that you smoke... its for connecting the joints of different materials aka wood tile etc.... hmm so yeah I'm hoping this is a joke.
