How long does the swelling last?

I got my triangle piercing Friday afternoon. It's Sunday afternoon now and I'm still really swollen. I've been sitting with an ice pack on my crotch for two days and it hasn't seemed to help much.

How long does the swelling normally last? I have to work in the morning.

 

i don't have any personal triangle experience(obvously), but two days is well within normal for a piercing to be swollen. Genital piercings are similiar in healing time to oral piercings, and swelling is expected for upwards of 10 days. I wouldn't worry too much unless it is extremely painful(not just very tender) or gets worse rather than better.

Just take good care of it and give it time; you did just ram a piece of metal through your tender bits. Swelling is to be expected.
