What should I do if I wasn't read my Miranda rights?

 

Forget it. You have no rights, unless you're wealthy or "one of theirs".

 

It depends on what you where arrested for. For a misdemeanor you do not have to be for a felony you do.

i failed to appear for a minor in possession (of alcohol) charge. wouldn'tve been a big deal if i had gone to court but i was .... well it doesnt matter...but i missed court and got a warrant
so i didnt have to be read my rights? that sucks...i was hoping to bring it up and get the whole thing dropped.

 

nope they wont drop it. That the same thing happened to me 2 months before my 21st birthday it really sucked!!!
