growing in secret places question?

Hello, I want to maybe start growing indoors, but the problem is that I would like to keep it hidden. I have seen in magazines that you can buy things that look like computer cases. Now could you get a decent crop from these, or is it going to be completely horrible for growing? If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Yes, they are called grow cabinets. Google search that, or build your own. There's tons of guides online.
