We have unprotected sex, and I can come inside of her and she is fine. But as soon as that semen comes back out, and touches the entrance of the vagina, it will sting and we can't have sex after that for a few hours. Why is this? She's around 50 years old and everything besides that is normal.

I really doubt it's menopause - this happens to all kinds of women, all ages. I'm pretty sure it's from the semen getting into the entrance of the urethra (the part where pee comes from, if anybody doesn't know?). It wouldn't have to get very far or anything, no harm done, it's just sensitive in there.

nah I think its from the friction .... and then the semen, or cum from the woman irritates it somehow .....

actually it's atrophic vaginitis secondary to the menopause. it's lack of estrogen causing the sky to around the vagina to become dry and inflammed. go see your obgyn and get some estrogen cream to use topically.

there are women that are allergic to semen. They can either been born like that or develop it later on.

It can cause rash, inflamation, itchiness, swelling, dizziness, short of breath, nausea, fever... also (like 1 in 2 million) can have such a severe reaction to semen to cause death if not treated promptly (extreamly rare, but not impossible) Tell her to go to the doctor, he might be able to give her an ointment or pills.
