We found out yesterday we are having a boy and we are very thrilled! The ultrasound was very exciting! We got to see his prefect little hands and feet, even an ear! We saw his little lips moving, caught him testing out his thumb (got a pic of his thumb in his mouth for the baby book), and he even gave us a wave! Oh, and of course we saw his tiny little boy-parts. After I told her we want to know the gender the woman turned the screen to me and asked "so what does that look like to you?" And I could very obviously tell that I was looking at a boy. Finding out the gender was great, but it was the icing on the cake compared to finding out that everything else looked perfect. So far every test on me and the baby has shown no red flags - we feel very blessed. I can't wait to hold him in my arms, but his kick-boxing around my belly will just have to do for now!
Yey! That musta been so cool! We tried to find out with Leane, but she decided to turn over the minute we went to go look. Guess she wanted to be a surprise, lol. We'll have more boys to even out the estrogen-based atmosphere around here, lol!
We're still working on names, we've never been the kind of couple that talked baby names so we're just starting to think about it.
