Here ye here ye. My honourable friends, Anyone hear about that guy who got a suspended sentence for sexually assualting an eight year old boy and then did a runner? Then the police left it for seven months before they told anybody that there was a child molester on the loose? Think about what he could do and think about how this reflects on the way police deal with these cases and how this guy got a suspended sentence with a community order attached of probation for two years, we will never quite understand. It proves how leniant this country is. If he was in any other country in the world, he would be locked up for an extremely long time and I doubt he would have a hope in hell surviving on Main location prison because he would be killed in 24 hours. The screws wouldn't do anything because amongst all prison officers, the type of prisoner they hate are the ones on Rule45! In a foreign jail, I doubt this rule would be recognised and so would be thrown in at the deep end with the other Main prisoners.

Rape is usually the penetration of the penis, finger or a foreign object either in the vagina of the child or the anus or the mouth or ears. Sexual assualt is like fondling, sticking hand down knickers or pants or kissing. Also brushing against the child in a sexual way can amount to an assualt.
