Fascinating moral dilemma!

People with multiple personalities should be treated, and may not be capable of making decisions about things sexual in nature.

To me, I would feel as though I were taking advantage of a person who literally thought they were 15.

 

I think that it's something that woudl be best discussed with the main personality
and hopefully the other personalities as well, assuming they're aware of one another.

Also, encourage treatment.

Maybe you could say that if the young personality emerged during sex, then that would be one thing... but if you use "trigger words" to bring out that personality during sex... well, that might be immoral.

Then again, here's another dilemma: what if the 15 year old was the best lover out of all of them? Just really fantastic. And the main personality was a bore.

 

Wouldn't have sex with someone that had multiple personalities, unless she had them in check. If she switches personalities while we are having sex, I'm out.

Right on. That's what I'm saying! I get bored easily and need stimulation. I would be fascinated to date someone who had multiple personalities. I just wouldn't want to see her in pain. If she wasn't suffering, I would have a lot of fun.
