I've been on the combined pill for about 6/7 months now, I'm about halfway through my current pack, this morning I noticed some blood in my undewear and I'm slightly worried. In the leaflet I was given it says it may be caused by missing a pill, but I take them at the same time every day and I've never missed one. I'm anemic and am on iron tablets, I don't know if that could be related.

    Help?

Sometimes while on the pill breakthrough bleeding can occur for no reason. It's crazy, I know, but I wouldn't worry about it. It's happened to me and I've been on the pill for three years.

i went through the same thing. u need to get a pap smear or ultrasound because u might have a cystic fibroid tumor. that will cause your uterus to enlarge and lose more blood. that is what causes the anemia in the first place

That does tend to happen. I was anemic when I was on the pill and told that it might happen more because of that, but that it was nothing to worry about. It did, and it was nothing, aside from annoying me. But it happens frequently in general too.
