We have all heard the word cute used in someone that sexually turns us on sometimes. Or just that we think it looks or seems cute. But what do people think Cute actually means? Dictionarys have let me down. Even Mr Oxford and Sir Chambers. Perhaps there is a more accurate meaning.
I really don't think there is, cute has about a million different meaning. My little cousin is cute, because she's my little cousin and I find her adorable. My boyfriend's cute because of his floppy blonde hair and his smile, and just everything about him. My friend Sarah's cute becuase she can pull off an "innocent little girl" face better than anyone I know. I really think it's impossible to give a def. to words like cute, or adorable, ect...

Cute girls are far more attractive to me than beautiful girls. Girls who are normal, but have a feature that's quirky rather than classically attractive, but is just my type..! Can't really give you an example without posting pics of girls without their permission, so i won't. Soz!
"cute" in advertising gets my goat, because it isn't something that should be used like that.... Giggling babies in car adverts. Ok, that doesn't happen much but you get the idea! It's not much of a definition, but I understand cute to be anything that softens us a little.. And it's already been said that different things work for differnet people, and that a lot of different things can work for one person! But "cute" has to be natural.. Watch any "You've Been Framed" show, and I bet you laugh and smile more at the clips that you KNOW weren't orchestrated than you do for the ones done to make £250 or whatever it is now...
