Hey! Well, i guess this is the closest thing to a 'food' forum, lol. well um ive been really tired lately and seem to not have much energy! I was thinking maybe im not eating the right kind of foods? well what kind of foods are suposed to be good and give you energy? Thank you!
Crunchy veggies, like carrots, cucumber, lettuce, celery... Some healthy dressing with 'em for snacks, eat balanced meals... Apples are good energy boosters, too. A little coffee never hurt anyone, either. I'd just say keep it healthy, and pick foods that are good for longer periods of time (avoid crackers and bread during snack times, they'll lower your energy//sugar level pretty quick, making you even more hungry). Get yer protein too... That increases stamina and makes your muscles feel better. (nuts, p'nut butter, meeeaaaat).
