    When I was a child I could do it too... but now.. maybe if I would train every day :p

    That's what I say. Something like that takes training. One must not try to attempt that without knowing they will be seriously injured.

    nope....she'll just roll over on her back.....hehe....but her feet might hit the table....hehehehe

    Getting to that position isn't hard at all. It's one of the first "backflip" techniques you learn in gymnastics.
