I used brass wire, contorted filbert and clear quartz points on these (except the yellow crystal, a gift). First one: Close up: (there's 7 bells on it, you can't see it in this pic). Close up different angle:
Third one: (I had to add the amethyst for weight. I cut the wands to length first and after I add the crystal, it was too heavy to sit up.) Close up: Close up - different angle:
very nice tarrabelle and unusual as well..i love em ithink i like the 2nd best and i think the 1st should have 3 owl feathers added
I shall look for owl feathers when we camp on Memorial Day. There's a big owl that lives there. Thanks for the input. And the tree in a contorted filbert (hazelnut) that is in our front yard. It is a most awesome tree! Here is a picture of it. The little white things are catkins it's starting to grow. They get about 3 - 4 inches long. And I would be willing to sell all but the first one (mine!). I create, but have no outlet for my stuff, except as presents. Just PM me! Hey, and THANKS! everyone!
I really like your wands. They are the most interesting I have seen. Are they magic wands? Ever zap anyone with one? Or you could use them to make pretty flowers grow perhaps. Seriously I presume you could use them in Reiki healing or just decoratively. Too bad I am broke; I would love to buy one. They are very cool.
No I don't do crafts. I have some minerals and stones like quartz and pyrite and such that I could trade.
Now you're talking my language, you are. I LOVE minerals and stone like quartz and pyrite. I collect rocks, which has always irked the people who have helped me move in the past. "We're moving ROCKS!?"
I left all of my rocks behind when I moved. I go to gem and mineral shows. I have seen wands like yours in metaphysical shops, which I also haunt. I have a modest collection of minerals. The most expensive ones I own are a large pyrite piece, and a beautiful Jamesontite piece; about 100 bucks each. I have a nice little vanadinite cluster that holds a place in my heart that was about 40 bucks. I have calcite, quartz, obsidian, azurite, crysicola, malachite, tourmaline and others. "Moving Rocks?!" Very funny
