if you don't want to move too far... try franklin county, va. on first glance, it doesn't seem too far out in the country or marijuana friendly... but i've lived here all my life and known about 2 people who got caught in all, and they were at school. and it's wicked far out. we live up a mile dirt road... effin' perfect... or kentucky. as for your situation... i don't know too much about the law... facts about that sort of thing just don't stick in my head.

 

UPDATE. You aren't gonna believe this.

After a month or so, my old man was indited for a "manufacturing" charge. Then after a few more months, the State Cops told the prosecuting attorney that somehow ALL the "alleged" marijuana was "lost" - except for a SMALL BIT which was "enough to be tested IF NECESSARY"! This is after the same State cops LOST all the evidence in a real high profile meth lab case, lost some of the evidence in a MURDER case, and lost some evidence in a police corruption case... (This county only has a population of 7300 so WTF!)
What happens next remains to be seen. They tossed out the meth case and the police corruption case too...

I started a local "truth" website, and linked up with other folks in the area doing the same, to help expose local crooked cops. Just about the time we got STATEWIDE notoriety is when the evidence started to go missing (ha-ha!), and ANOTHER local cop got nailed for SEXUAL ABUSE - 9 counts!... Crazy stuff. December 26 update. Lawyer called and said that ALL the evidence is gone, not enough left to test at the lab. The cops originally said it was worth a quarter mil. Now it's a quarter mil gone... Case dismissed.

 

I'm happy for you! Those fuckers can't do that, it's not right! You can't just bust in there with a false warrent! That makes me outraged! I'm sorry that it even happened. Next time you'll get the cop to fuck off I hope. Good luck!
