damn thats totaly fucked up making kids run that far for water, in dessert heat and laughing about it is sick i remember hitchhiking through vegas when it was 120 out..the kid i was with went to go get us water and came back when i was nearly passed out from the heat, and he starts joking like he only got enough for himself and forgot to get me any i was so close to blacking out from dehydration i freaked and started going offr on him.. this shit aint funny we're suposed to support our troops when theyre having fun torturing children? makes me sick
Dear God/Goddess, please let Karma have its way with the perpetrators! The part that scares me is that if Karma punishes on a national basis, those of us living here in the U.S. are most certainly in for some really, really big trouble...too bad those of us who deplore this type of behavior are gonna be dragged into the whole mess by extension, eh?
Consider what these guys are going through on a daily basis. You can ask "how can they sleep at night"? What I wonder is how they can open their eyes in the morning given their job. Neither justifies the other but both add perspective. It's still wrong (obviously).
Yay, American soldiers. I'm so fucking disgusted. He didn't even get the water, some other dolt did. I used to be against the war but for the troops...now I've realized that a lot of those soldiers are some poor soul-lost bastards. I pity the ones that do have a consience and signed up not really knowing what they were getting into. What a sad, crying shame....and then they LAUGHED about it... Cruel, just cruel.
