    they're a really good folk group, i've only heard their first album (self-titled) but i'm listening to a song from the album weed tree and it's really good. i recommend them if you haven't listened :)

    Yes. Turns out they're from Philadelphia. I really wanted to like them more than I did...it's just that the songs started to sound the same to me. They have very unique sound though.

    heh, yeah i can see how songs could sound the same. they're pretty good nonetheless though.

    the Espers are great, in fact so is the whole Psych-Folk scene
    Devendra Banhart is my favorite even though he doesnt like to be considered the above

    I just got their second album and hope to find their first soon. Theyre probably my favorite out of the new folk scene
